Integrative Massage

My style of massage is integrative, pulling from the many modalities that I have learned to help your body heal itself. It's not only Swedish, but could include Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, stretching and Trigger Point Therapy! My techniques depend upon what your body needs.  I acknowledge what you tell me about your body at the beginning of the session and start from there, but the real information comes from your body.  It is your body that reveals the patterns of movement (or restriction) that can help to identify where the pain is coming from. Depth of pressure depends on your comfort level and feedback.  And always included is relaxation!

30 minutes: $40

60 minutes: $75

90 minutes: $100

(Price for 90 minute massage will be increasing to $115 starting July 1st, 2023)
